How do I take my dental impressions at home?
Each order includes a professional impression kit with easy-to-follow instructions. You will mix the putty, place it in the trays, and bite down for a few minutes to create an exact mold of your teeth.
What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Once we receive your impressions back at our lab, it takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks for our master technicians to hand-craft your custom veneers and ship them to your door.
Can I eat and drink while wearing my veneers?
Yes, our veneers are designed for daily wear. You can drink most liquids and eat soft foods; however, we recommend avoiding very hard or sticky foods to maintain the longevity of the product.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible interest-free financing plans through partners like Affirm and Shop Pay to make your new smile more affordable.
What is your return and remake policy?
Since each set is custom-made for your unique smile, we do not offer standard returns. However, we provide a 30-day warranty and will perform adjustments or remakes if the fit is not perfect.
