Quality Assessment
Provide photos and a brief description of your fit concerns so our dental technicians can determine if a remake or a full return is the best path forward.
Ship Back Your Kit
Securely package your veneers and impression system using the provided prepaid shipping label and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our lab receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable laboratory or shipping fees.
